This is not a book for beginners. There is no index and the illustrations are so faded as to be unreadable. The book itself is heavy which gets really annoying after a while. I think it's a self published book and leaves much to be desired. The font is very large as if for someone with sight problems. The words are so close to the spine you need to use both hands to read what it says.
It does tell you what the MacBook does or can dobut a lot of the time it doesn't actually tell you HOW to do it!!!! I found it difficult to know what to do sometimes even when it did say how to do it as the terms were not always explained.
I've had it one day and am giving up. Useless I'm sorry to say for me. Not quite as helpful as I had hoped.
